Marketing account assistant · In development
AdCtrl is being developed to help advertisers and agencies understand marketing performance and make changes they request through an AI assistant.
AdCtrl is currently an internal connection prototype. Public customer access and product features are not available. Google and Meta access reviews are in progress or being prepared.
Connect Google Ads and Meta Ads to inspect campaign performance and, with the required permissions, make changes requested by the account owner. Google keyword planning depends on the relevant API access approval.
Connect Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console to inspect measurement setup and search performance. Configuration changes require the relevant account role and explicit product controls.
Connect a customer's Google Merchant Center to work with product information and account diagnostics. Merchant Center is currently paused and excluded from the connection; AdCtrl's developer registration is incomplete.
Use Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights to inspect public landing page performance. This does not require access to a customer's advertising password.
The local Google connection prototype supports OAuth sign-in, encrypted token storage, token refresh, account discovery and disconnection. It has been tested with the operator's account for Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console. PageSpeed API connectivity has also been tested. With separate authorization, a preview and explicit confirmation, the Google prototype can change and restore one selected Analytics property name and edit a tag name, save a version and publish it in a separate Tag Manager test container. These workflows have been live-tested. The test tag remains paused and contains only an HTML comment; the container is not installed on a website. Both Google write controls default to disabled. A separate Meta connection prototype implements business authorization, encrypted token storage, authorization checks, selected-account discovery, campaign/performance/pixel reads and saved-token deletion. Live Meta authorization, restart persistence, selected-account reads and revocation have been tested with the operator’s approved business assets. The Meta prototype also supports an explicitly previewed and confirmed name change on an already-paused campaign. A temporary name change and restoration have been live-tested with owner approval. A separate review workflow now implements paused campaign/adset/ad creation, image upload, native lead forms, form-linked creatives, controlled name/creative/budget/targeting edits, synthetic test-lead checks and archiving. These new operations have passed local contract/security tests and are awaiting live validation. Each needs a preview and confirmation; live writes default to disabled, resources are confined to that review connection, and advertising remains paused. The review workspace also implements new-catalog creation/renaming/deletion and staged test-product creation, reading, text/price updates and ordered cleanup, with actual price encoding still awaiting live validation; test Page publishing, editing, comments and cleanup; and read-only Page/comment/insight checks. These operations have passed local contract/security tests and still need live validation. Organic Page posts and comments are public when explicitly confirmed. A synthetic Messenger review exchange is implemented and locally tested: subscribe the selected Page, receive a private test code, confirm one reply to that participant, verify the signed Meta echo and remove the test subscription. Its webhook and messaging write gates remain disabled pending configuration and live testing. Instagram linked-account discovery, quota/status checks, JPEG container creation, confirmed image publication and comment reads on that new test post are implemented and locally tested, awaiting live validation. Separate confirmed controls disable and restore comments and delete only this connection’s new Instagram test image; they are locally tested and await live validation. Read-only Instagram account and new-post reach checks are also implemented and locally tested, awaiting live authorization validation. The marked Instagram test-comment hide/restore, reply and cleanup workflow is locally tested, awaiting live validation. Instagram messages and broader messaging and automated AI product features remain incomplete; public customer onboarding is unavailable.
A private, password-protected Meta review workspace is now hosted separately on Hetzner with HTTPS and encrypted persistent storage. The hosted workspace has also passed an owner-approved Meta authorization, selected-account read, encrypted restart-persistence and revocation test. The test token was rejected after revocation and removed from the server. Actual owner-test recordings have been prepared for review, including the confirmed campaign-name change, restoration and disconnection. Legitimate reviewer asset access and provider approvals are still being prepared; public customer onboarding remains unavailable.
Google and Meta permissions are requested through their own authorization screens. An account owner chooses whether to authorize AdCtrl. Permissions remain subject to provider approval and the owner's account roles.
